Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own key accounts from a technical and solution perspective also progress opportunities through the qualification, definition, proof/ evaluation, proposal and closure stages of the sales cycle with attention to timelines
• Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated issues. Participate in crisis resolution meetings as necessary. Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Responsible of delivering strategic account on time within the budget and scope
• Coordinate and manage a team of 40+ consultants for the flawless execution of projects
• Participate in meetings and conferences with customers and partners to serve as a liaison between multiple SAP organizations
• Ensure monthly activities, change requests, etc. are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reports for every account - tracking costs, volumes, no. of tickets, improvement measures & feedback

Must have skills:

• 18-20+ years relevant experience working as a Delivery Manager/ SDM in Services Industry
• This position requires the candidate to have a background in Basis and SAP technologies, people management, business skills and stake holder management
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in SAP technology
• The candidate should have excellent presentation skills, good communication skills and should have experience in handling international clients
• Should be able to fully understand a business problem and construct a solution around the problem leveraging SAP SMEs and team
• Must strike a good connect, exchange best practices with key customer business POCs and key stakeholders - including partners, Solution Architects, Pre-sales, global SAP community
• Must have vast experience in ITIL processes (Incident / request handling, approval process, Change and Problem Management, Governance & Reporting)
• Prior experience in responding to the functional and business requirements and capabilities sections of RFI/ RFPs Must have handled complex transitions for SAP systems and landscapes

• Leadership, and team-building skills with the ability to interact effectively within all levels across the organization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites is must (both in India and other countries)
• Capable of working flexible hours under aggressive deadlines
• PMP/PRINCE II certification preferred

• Must have strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills

Education:

• Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems
• Master's degree
